AI Renovation builds a scan-to-scope platform for the renovation of existing buildings. From laser scans and site imagery it reconstructs a labelled as-built model, extracts quantities by trade lot, and simulates retrofit works bundles against energy-class targets, so owners receive a priced scope of works before the first quote. Jacek builds the systems that turn laser scans into labelled geometry. Over nine years he wrote point-cloud registration software at a terrestrial laser scanner manufacturer, then led 3D reconstruction at an indoor mobile-mapping company, where his team took a neural reconstruction pipeline from research code to nightly production on multi-GPU nodes processing billion-point building scans. He trained as a geomatics engineer in photogrammetry and lidar. At AI Renovation he owns the Reconstruction Run and the Element Labeller.
Hani is an engineer with twenty-five years in industrial gas and effluent treatment. At a supplier of smelter emission-control plants he rose from research engineer to R&D manager and technical expert, sizing installations from one to eighty million euros, writing design guides and calculation programs, and auditing plants on three continents. He is an inventor on ten patents and holds a doctorate in membrane wastewater treatment. At AI Renovation he owns the Scenario Simulator and the R&D programme.
