2026 cohort
Design partners 2026: twelve buildings that set the accuracy record
The first cohort shapes what the platform commits to. Partners get the product at cost; the platform gets measured buildings, metered data, and surveyors to argue with.
Who we are looking for
- Two social landlords with a deep-retrofit programme starting in 2026 or 2027, at least one with buildings rated F or G.
- One co-ownership management firm with a building of 50 lots or more heading to a works vote.
- One owner or facility manager of tertiary buildings above 1,000 m2 with a 2030 reporting obligation.
What partners provide
- Capture access to three buildings each, with residents informed and the data processing agreement signed.
- Metered consumption for at least one heating season per building, three where available.
- A surveyor to re-measure the 5% QA sample on each building, so element label agreement and takeoff deviation are measured against an independent metre.
- Two review sessions per building with the project manager who will use the Scope Pack.
What partners receive
- Three Scope Packs at cost, 2,900 euros each, delivered within 48 hours of each complete upload.
- The programme rate locked for 24 months after the cohort.
- A quarterly accuracy report on their own buildings and early access to new element classes and export formats.
- A named engineer for the cohort.
